OUR FACILITY
Our equipment covers the whole production process from electrode manufacturing, cylindrical cell & pouch cell assembly, formation, ageing & testing, to module & pack assembly.
It has been carefully selected and sourced from leading global suppliers and operates to industry-relevant speeds and parameters.
Clients can utilise individual process steps or the entire process line flexibly to best suit their project.
UKBIC has two baseline cell designs that can be used by our customers to further develop and scale their own technologies.
The baseline designs are a 21700 cylindrical cell and a 300mm x 100m pouch cell.
