This intensive one-day courseis designed to provide an in-depth overview focussing on the process of module and pack assembly, with a look into how we produce modules and packs on our agile line at UKBIC.
Our deep dive training is run for groups of three or more on dates to meet your needs. If you enrol three or more attendees we will contact you to arrange a suitable date.
The course will run from 09:00 - 16:00: Breakfast is served from 08:30 and lunch will also be provided. Teas and coffees will be available throughout the session.

Course structure
This course is delivered on site at UKBIC and comprises a mix of classroom teaching and a detailed tour of the facility.
Learning coverage
You will learn about:
- Module and pack principles and structure
- Sample process flows and structure of the module and pack build process
- Key steps and how they influence pack reliability
- Lineside checks, safety controls and the challenges of scale-up
There will also be a Q&A session with our process specialists.
