Industrial scale-up Line

The course will run from 09:00 - 16:00 - Breakfast served from 08:30, Lunch will be provided. Teas and Coffees available throughout.
Course Structure
A one-day in-depth course at UKBIC’s custom-built industrialisation facility’. Our experienced trainers contextualise the learning, linking presentations and discussion with a detailed tour offering insight into the production process and giga-scale line.
Learning Coverage
- Introduction to Module and Pack principles and structure
- Sample process flows and structure of the Module and pack build process
- Key steps and how they influence pack reliability
- Module and Pack build in detail . Including a tour of our facility.
- Lineside checks, safety controls and the challenges of scale-up
- Question and answer session with process specialists.
On Completion:
- Recognise and understand the manufacturing processes undertaken to create electrode materials.
- Recognise the challenges of manufacture and the key parameters that can be changed to ensure an effective product.
- Understand the importance of Clean and Dry rooms in Battery Manufacturing.
- Understand the organisation and challenges of giga-scale production.
