WORK ENVIRONMENT

UKBIC is a great place to work. You'll be working alongside talented, friendly people at a facility that is at the forefront of UK battery development

From our battery specialists and engineers to our technicians, our scientists and our commercial teams, every single one of us is committed to supporting the UK’s road to electrification – find your next role here at UKBIC.

POSITIVE ENERGY

There are great opportunities to get involved with fundraising for UKBIC’s chosen charity, the Air Ambulance and collect food for the local foodbank.

The Air Ambulance Service operates the national Children’s Air Ambulance and the local air ambulance services for Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland. The service is located at neighbouring Coventry Airport.

THE WORK PLACE

Our newly-built, high-tech facility is a really great place to work.

The relaxing canteen area offers hot and cold food and drinks for staff and visitors; and our open plan offices are sleek and modern.

EQUALITY & DIVERSITY

Whoever you are and wherever you come from, we’ll embrace the perspective you bring and give you to the opportunities to thrive and succeed.

“Equality, diversity, and inclusion are extremely important to us here at UKBIC and across the UK battery sector. The more diverse the workforce, the greater range of ideas and perspectives there will be, leading to an improved company culture, and the generation of greater innovation and creativity, something that is hugely important for the UK if we are to build a battery ecosystem that will be the envy of the world.”
